• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Environmental Science/Engineering or a related field). 
  
• Minimum 15 years of Environmental Management experience. 
• Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 
• Expertise in environmental compliance, policies, standards, and regulations. 
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Experience in implementing Environmental Management Systems (EMS). 
• Ability to train and mentor employees and contractors on environmental matters. 
• Fluent in English with good computer skills.
